IT Systems Support Engineer

J C Designs has been providing IT Support Services for 15 years plus and take pride in the long term relationships we have built with our clients who are located in Essex, Hertfordshire, London and the Home Counties.

We are continually researching new technologies in both the hardware and software environments to meet the challenges raised by our clients.

We strongly promote continual self development and provide funding for additional personal skills and technical qualifications.

We are a small friendly company based in spacious modern offices in Braintree  close to local amenities and ample parking.

The Role

We are looking for a confident and experienced support engineer to work within a driven and dedicated technical team.

With excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills and methods you will assist in taking calls and offering 1st and 2nd line IT support for a varied group of end users in an efficient, expedient and professional manner.

You will also research products and solutions and maintain client and technical documentation as an integral part of the role.

As the business requires you would attend client sites and work occasional evening and weekend hours.

This role will suit a highly motivated self learner, willing to work as a part of team and ready to try new approaches to problems.
