You may have seen that we have been going through a little recruitment drive, we’ve met and spoken to lot’s of brilliant and amazing people and we are pleased to let you know that we have one of our new IT Support Engineers nicely settled at his new desk and happily ensconced within the JCD team!
Edward has been working with the IT industry for approximately 5 years, starting out at a computer repair shop in Rayleigh, then moving on to other roles at software support companies and MSPs. Edward moved to Exeter two years ago, and had just returned to Essex when he joined the JCD team. He enjoys working in IT because there are always varied problems to solve, and he enjoys feeling that he has made a difference for a client. Which is what JCD proves themselves on so we at JCD knew that Edward would be an excellent fit.
In his spare time Edward enjoys staying fit at the gym, catching up with his friends, and walking the dog. One of Edwards current goals is to re-connect with people that he lost contact with when he moved away.
We are all looking forward to tackling our new projects and working together to continue to provide our clients with the service they deserve.
