The Office Manager position is a key role within the business. Keeping us all in check and keeping the Office organised and running as smoothly as possible. This role will require you to be a highly motivated, self-starter who is happy to work within a team environment.

Business Development / Project Manager

A key role within our company to expand the business within the operating area and to ensure the company achieves the excellent standards and service levels which it strives to achieve. You will need to be a pro-active, hands-on, self-starter who is keen to progress within the company.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects including delivering internal and external strategies, project documentation, monthly reporting, process management, quotes and internal documentation, management of special events and meetings, management of the team to undertake ISO27001 (ISMS) and general marketing activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role as you will be liaising with customers, Project Managers and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and reviews, as well as managing customer’s expectations.

We are looking for someone who displays a high level of technical and networking knowledge is confident, and able to demonstrate initiative and has the ability to work flexibly within the team to ensure that we are delivering projects to time, budget and customer satisfaction

  • Technical knowledge of the Industry
  • Proven experience of team leading
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Outgoing and decisive personality
  • Ability to ‘turn your hand to anything’ and achieve deadlines
  • Experience with Office software, creative software and social media
